Check a statement only when it is true across the organization today. Leave plans, roadmap items, and isolated team practices unchecked.
Your score for each letter is the number of statements you could check, so each letter
lands between 0 and 5 and the whole thing reads as a scoreline: B4 R3 O2 C3 S1.
Use the scoreline to inspect a planned delivery path or an active system. Locate the scope limiting readiness, delivery, or control, and assign the next improvement to an owner. The operational coverage guide describes that workflow.
Once scoring starts, the site records all twenty-five selections, the five-part score and total, timestamps, completion status, a random response identifier, and country code for aggregate analysis and research. It does not store an IP address, user agent, name, or account with the response. If you ask for the report by email, the site links and retains that address with the response for five years. The updates list remains a separate opt-in. A shared URL contains the selected statements in its browser-only fragment, so treat the link as disclosable. See the privacy notice.
